ICDC's History

 

ICDC Publishing Inc. was started in 1989 by Sharon E. Brown, Mannon Kaplan, and George Rivin. Working in her position as an auditor for Miller Kaplan, Arase & Co., LLP (one of the ten largest CPA firms in Southern California) Ms. Brown discovered that many people were having difficulty with the processing and payment of medical claims, ICDC was created to assist with providing both training and training materials for auditors and workers in the medical billing and health claims industries.

After successfully running a training company for several years, we reorganized into a publishing company to better serve the needs of our clients. Since that time we have grown larger and added additional texts to our product line. We are always striving to produce high quality texts which teach a complete set of job skills in an easy-to-understand manner.
